Rating: Neutral Left for: DASAutoShippers (172 ) On: 7/10/2007 For: 2006 Volkswagen New Beetle TDI	Vehicle arrive in a timely mannor, however it was damaged by carrier. Carrier basic coverage was only 150.00 of liablitiy. Addtional coverage pricing was not disclosed in the upfront quote and carried a much higher expense than original bid. Carrier is difficult to reach live on the phone, be ready for Phone tag.

He treated my boat as if it were his in the transport across the country. He was always available to contact along the way and kept me informed. This was not the easist of move with weather, but Chris did an outstanding job. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND****
