The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The mover said he could grab my shipment in the next 2-3 days and have it to me within one week, then called back the following day to tell me it would be at least 2-3 weeks if not longer.

Despite some problems and bad weather, the cabinet was delivered in perfect condition. Shipper stayed in touch, solved problems, and went the extra mile to complete the delivery.

The shipment was delivered in perfect condition and within the time specified. Made communication easy via email. Drmover and team were very friendly, helpful and courteous. I would use their service again

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Hello. This was our fist listing using uShip. Not being at the pickup location, I attempted to represent the items needing shipment as best as possible - even including a picture of the exact items themselves. The shipper states that there were to be "46" boxes - there are only approx. 26 boxes (less than expected) and two printers that can be lifted by one individual. The shipper and our staff came to a re-negotiated price (adding $100) but - after this - the shipper decided to cancel.
