The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Daily Direct says they are flexible on dates but after signing up I found out that they take on average 4 weeks to deliver a bike. My bike is in New Mexico going to California. They are planning on shipping it back to Milwaukee, Wisconsin before sending it out to California. This is not my idea of going from New Mexico to California.
Response from haulbikes:
We attempted to pick up the bike 2 days after the order was recieved by our office. Pick up location was not available and once the pick up location was available cust was not happy with the bike returning to our terminal in WI with the driver in the area heading back to reload in WI. Customer did not inform us that pick up location was leaving town and assured us that the bike was ready for pickup right away which was not the case.
