About Me*

Recently engaged couple approaching middle age. One divorced with grown kids, the other (the younger, blonder, hotter female) never been married and consumed with her career at Miller Brewing in Milwaukee. Both pretty new to eBay and to uShip, but as professionals have the integrity (and the cash) to fufill our obligations. Hope to develop a long term and mutually profitable relationship with shippers in many parts of the USA.

Rating: Cancellation Left by: one2anothermovers (51 ) On: 5/16/2008 For: (3) Pieces of gym equipment - 2 locations	I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment i will cancel but we have a lot of notes from us to them and responce back... there were 2 pickups and we were there to pick up.. we have prove from thier emails we were there to pick up... but his seller changed the location of pick up after we were already there... we have emails confirming all this.. so they are going to say we never made contact or shoed up.. we have emails from customer saying he also was upset with the change of address at last minute.. also changed it to 3 pick ups..

I am still in contact with him trying to see that his equiptment is delivered. Thanks! Andy. Response from drinkamillerbeer: It would be more correct to say Andys run-down truck had catastrophic mechanical failure and he abandoned both truck and load along the California freeway, where it was later towed and impounded. Andy claimed to be broke, so those of us with items on his trailer had to share paying the $500 towing fee before we could get our goods - AND we each had to find alternate carriers. Fortunately, I was not one of the ones also out hundreds of dollars paid in cash to Andy up front. A total disaster!!!

They didn't call me. They didn't call either of the parties that sold me the equipment. They didn't answer my calls or respond to my deperate voice mails. They didn't return my numerous emails. I'm sympathetic about the disabled truck - I am NOT sympathetic with ZERO communication. From a customer service standpoint, these guys are TERRIBLE. No clue as to how customers should be treated. I agree with the comment below - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! BEWARE!!! Response from one2anothermovers: he wrote zero communication.. we have alot of email from us to him and from him in some strong detailed messages.. we showed up already once and items were at different location.. we have email to prove that.. was changed from 2 pick ups to 3 picks.. we have email to prove that.. we have prove from seller and buyer we were there already and we have prove we have been talking to seller and buyer.. why make that up.. just say you want to cancel because you need to make some changes.

Troy remained in regular contact with me and the party I purchased the (VERY HEAVY) equipment from, effectively working around our schedules. Delivery was exactly on time AND Troy went above and beyond helping me and my friends offload and move the equipment. Price and job performace were both excellent - there's no question I would use Troy again.

He even went above and beyond by repacking my equipment (after my previous shipper totally botched the packing and transport). I would not hesitate using Mark again.
