Unfortunately, the seller of the item did not honor our agreement, so I had to cancel my shipment. James went out of his way to do everything possible to take care of my request. He is an absolute STAND UP guy! I would not hesitate to hire him again! Cheers!

Don is OUTSTANDING! He was very communicative throughout the whole shipping process, and assured me that my bike was in good hands. Don was very courteous, punctual, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Don loves bikes -and it shows! He took care of my bike like he would take care of one of his own. Would not hesitate to hire Don again, he's an absolute CLASS ACT!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The seller of the item I was purchasing through eBay failed to communicate to either the shipper or myself. The shipper and I tried many times to contact and locate the seller, but the seller refused to call us back. The shipper was inconvenienced, and was rightfully upset. The seller will be given negative feedback on eBay as a result of non-communication. Otherwise, the shipper was great to talk to, and I look forward to doing business with him in the future.
