The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
the shipper had stated in his listing that the shipment was 8ft wide and so i brought an trailer to accomidate this shipment only to have drove all the way up to get it to find out that the sipment was almost 10ft wide in wich the trailer i had was too narrow i had stated to him that i would get the other trailer we had that was a little wider but a wedge trailer to see if it would work but i had other things schelduled that i had to take care of also and would try to make it up there when they

To the point. Transporter showed up 3weeks past the committed date because of continuous truck breakdowns, I patiently waited. Ad stated BOAT is 8'wide and both the boat and trailer needed to be trailered. Boat trailer is 8'6" wide not 10' wide. Transporter showed up with wrong trailer and promised to drive back (1hr45min) to get the proper trailer.Never showed back up nor would they return calls. I had no choice but to cancel. They demand a $200 deposit upfront and kept it.-Unprofessional

We provided door to door delvery from Ohio to Texas on a 1988 31 ft Chris Craft boat and trailer for this client. Jeff was great to work with and we received cash on delivery.
