One boat unfortunately is not ready yet and will not be ready for another three days. I gave the customer the option of waiting or rescheduling with another Driver. I deeply apologize for the inconvience.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The first date we ugreed upon for picking up my shipment was last Thursday (July 9, 2009). That same Thursday morning Darleen sent me an email saying that one of the boats they were going to ship as well has been painted and hasn't dried completely yet. They asked if we wanted to cancel or wait 'till Wednesday the next week; I decided to wait and she said they will be at the dealership Wed. morning to pick up the boat. Today is the Wednesday, I sent an email around 12PM to check if they're pi

Your boat was not ready to transport on our agreed time and place. I waited a week but could not wait any longer, I had other transports waiting I had to go. I did find you a replacement transporter so I did not leave you high and dry.
