The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Service provider will not return repeated phone calls and emails, billed my credit card more than double the correct amount, never sent promised paperwork, and has not been able to commit to a pick up date despite weeks of requests. I have documentation of all these statements if required. Does not seem to be a professional shipping company. Very disappointed.
