I primarily travel between the NY metro area and the Southeast(Al,Ga, MS,La & Fl.panhandle) I provide blanket wrap and palletized/non-palletized freight service with my enclosed air-ride trailer to ensure your valuable items arrive safely. Registered and insured per US Department of Transportaion requirements(see safersys.org) USDOT # 1191912/MC475788. Over 20 years experience. CASH payment preferred upon delivery. SHIPPERS BEWARE! Anyone can present themselves as a transportation provider. The only way to LEGALLY move goods for hire (for money) regardless of registered weight is to obtain an MC (motor carrier) number from the federal government. Illegal haulers (and your items) are subject to impound when caught by the police and the DOT out on the road. Ask your service provider for their MC# BEFORE you commit.

One of the greatest shipping experiences I have had, I will definitely use Doug again. Only took a week, the bike was in perfect condition and delivered to my door for a great price, what more could you ask for. Highly recommend Doug if he is going your way!

We all know how stressful a move can be but I found the best company ever and that's Doug James and Associates, Inc.! Professional, on-time, best rate and with a personal touch (Doug picked up and delivered himself). I felt confident the moment the truck pulled away until I met it on the day promised down to the exact arrival time that my things would arrive intact. Doug was a pleasure to work with and I recommend him hands down over the big over-priced companies that usually leave you hanging.
