My experience with Lou was fantastic!! He took excellent care of my horse Whiskey on his trip from Colorado to Iowa. He kept me up to date with everything that was going on from the time he picked him up to the time we met to drop whiskey off. Lou made me feel very comfortable about the whole trip, letting me know my horse was in excellent hands. I would recomend Lou to anyone needing to ship ANYTHING and needing it to arrive safe and sound!! He's excellent!!!!! Thank you so very much!!!!!!!!

Everything was exactly as promised by the shipper, Lou Velasco, and I could not be more pleased with his professionalism, communication, handling of my horses on all phases of the trip, and he is just a very good person all around! Wonderful experience in all ways.

Louie was great - he maintained excellent communication with me and my horse arrive safely and happy and on time. Louie took great care of my horse and I will definitely use his services again if needed.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
I spoke directly with the service provider after accepted his bid. He was to pick the horse up on Tues. April 22. I had to call the shipper who informed me he needed 1/2 down to pick the horse up I told him I will contact buyer to have him send me the money but that we would take care of the 1/2 down and have the buyer send us the money. The shipper then informed me that he was running late and could not get her until wed. april 23 at about 6pm. at 5:30 pm I phoned the shipper and he informed
