After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Shipper omitted weight & size. His broker won’t send electronic manifest as required by Canadian customs plus delaying me at the border. Seller said it took 3 strong men to move sofa & velvet damages easily & could not recomend local help. Help is hard to find in BC. It is listed as 400lbs. Shipper said that he had paid for full service so it was my problem. I had given him a great price but I had no option but return his payment. The personal abuse in his complaint reflects his character.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This shipper cannot provide full service moving, only transport. Be careful with this shipper. She is quite volatile, hot headed, dramatic, difficult to understand, has difficulties understanding simple ideas, is confused and scared the hell out of the party she was picking up from. The word 'insane' sprang to mind for us all.
