For: Willys Bucket Seat

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Don and I had negotiated for a while through numerous bids and subsequent questions. As a condition to my final bid (which was almost half that of my original bid), I required a 50% upfront deposit as this seat was going cross country, and I did not want to have all go for naught. I have been out of touch until today, and checked my emails. I noted that I had not received a paypal deposit receipt from the shipper, and then saw his emails. I made my offer to the shipper under certain condition

Rating: Cancellation Left for: NortonEnterprises (13 ) On: 4/18/2007 For: Willys Bucket Seat	There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Hello Uship, I recently accepted a bid to have a "Willys bucket seat" moved from Connecticut to Arizona by "NortonEnterprises". I paid the $8.58 Uship fees via my PayPal account and now on the day that the service provider was to pick up my seat I recieve an email from him stating that he is unable to complete the job because I did not pay him a 50% upfront deposit which I clearly told him I was unable to do as I did not have sufficient funds in my PayPal account. Kenny did an incredible job moving my rare antique car and I would not hesitate to use his service again. His pricing was so much more than fair for the amount of service provided.
