Fantastic is all I can say! Cheryle and Rick were unbelievably kind, considerate, pro's and great to work with. Anyone is lucky to have their horses shipped with these guys. I would highly recommend them, they go above and beyond what is expected!

Toby arrived safe and sound! Rick and Cheryl were very friendly and professional. They took great care of Toby and called at least twice a day to keep us updated on his location and estimated time of arrival. It was good to know that Toby was in such good hands. Honestly, the haul was much harder on me, sitting at home, that it was on Toby. I really appreciated all the encouragement that they gave me along the way.

Rick and Cheryl did everything they could to make this haul work out. They treated my horse like he was their own. They communicated great and I can't thank them enough for what they did. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any horse hauling needs! Thanks Rick and Cheryl, you are wonderful people!

Can't say enough good things about this experience! 'Egg' arrived quiet and happy after her long ride, it was late and cold as could be but Rick was friendly and even REFUSED my tip. The whole process of organizing and then the durration of the haul Cheryl was amazing at keeping me updated and every correspondence left me feeling like a human being, not just a client. Again, I cannot say enough good things. They didn't give me enough characters in this little window.

I was very happy with Rick and Sheryl's service. I felt secure that my horses were in good hands and traveled confortably in box stalls from AZ to NC. Shipper stayed in good contact throughout the whole process. Both horses arrived in excellent condition. WIll definately recommend for any future shipping needs. Thanks Rick and Sheryl.

If there were a button to click on for service “above and beyond” then I would click on it to give feedback for Rick and Cheryl. My horses are my children and trusting their care to anyone is difficult. Rick and Cheryl were so kind, considerate and professional that I would trust my babies with them again and again. Anyone given any choice at all in choosing people to ship their horses should chose DONERIGHTHAULING. They are simply the best.
