I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period. I have tried calling and email with no response on multiple occasions. Shipment was to be picked up no later than the 10th and I still not heard from the shipper. Please cancel this shipment as these folks seem to be terribly unreliable.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The service provider keeps beating around the bush about when he's getting my shipment. I specified on the order not to pick up on Monday or Sunday. The guy shows up at the locaton on Monday. Showed back up on Tuesday with the incorrect straps. I was notified by the shop that has my shipment that the driver wasn't too smart when it came to loading and advised me not to go with this company. I have been calling for three days and I get no answer. I left messages until his mailbox was full. Very v

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period We called the number provided in the shipper's profile and Jo Ann answered the phone and said she was not handling the U-ship bookings and we had to call Dominic directly on his phone. We tried scheduling the pickup of our item and Dominic said he would call us back. We tried to call him back several times and wrote an emails with all specifics. We have not heard back from him yet. We called the original phone number that was provided by U-ship and there is now a fax machine on the line. We feel

unfortunately this gentlemen accepted the bid then expected me to drop everything and pick it up because he was good and ready to leave . i told him that it said flexible .but had to see where low boy was and how many days out .he then blew up my phone for that day I guess ill call you back when I find out means. Call me repeatadly without regards I then purposly did not call him until the next day and then told him again it was flex but i would honor my bid but,it would be at least 7 days h

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Booked on 10/14. Called phone number listed on profile and was told that she didn't handle uship shipments, Left my number, didn't receive call back. Emailed several times and was told that they were working on the schedule on 10/16, Emailed on 10/21 and they stated I could cancel if I wanted to, Their agreement was to pickup my shipment within 4 days, it's been 7, Please cancel immediately, I am not happy
