The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider went to pick up the firetruck and their trailer and truck was too small to accomodate the load as described. I didn't releae the payment code, nor complete the booking. I would appreciate a refund. Thankyou, Eric Hogan

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Posting 13,960 lbs. Following his directions, I drove the backhoe onto the trailer. The truck/trailer breaks failed. Truck/trailer w/backhoe rolled down hill onto SR 168. Shipper ran to jump in truck & apply breaks. VERY DANGEROUS FOR EVERYONE!! Then I saw trailer rated @ 10,000lbs. He offered a side deal to ship a 16,000lb water truck with same truck/trailer. I drove 6 hrs 1-way to prepare backhoe for shipping. Shipper could not complete and refused to send another truck/trailer.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider (dollarguys) has not honored our contract agreement. I have contacted them (or tried to) no fewer than six times over the last month and a half. The first two times they effectively lied to me about dispatching a transportation vehicle. The first was they were redirecting a vehicle from a run to MT to LV to honor their contact - this did not happen. The second was they "were sending a vehicle the next week" - this did not happen. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The car was not picked up on by July 18, 2012 because there driver was not returning their calls.On July 20th they said they would pick it up nest week. But I had a chance to have it picked up by another shipper that was shipping a car to my area from the same seller so I took advantage of makeing sure it gets here this week.

I spoke with Jonathan Hodge on the 4th of July and he could not find a driver to pick up the car. Response from dollarguys: Im sorry that we were unable to find a new carrier for your load after the one assigned lost his engine i hope your able to find a new hauler for your load

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Have not been able to contact by phone Response from dollarguys: spoke to several times we cancled this after he threatned to injure the driver if we didnt move his item for free

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipment was given to this driver 2 week ago. He was supposed to pick it up between 2 or 3 days after order scheduled. He never called me back to let me know the reason why he didn't show up even though I extended the time frame so he can pick up the unit.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I asked them if they would deliver my compactor by the end of the week and they agreed. When it didn't arrive, I called and talked to Justin and he said the roller compactor was on his trailer and he said he would deliver it the next day, or the following Tuesday (May 29). When it didn't show up that Tuesday, I called both the owner-operator and his driver Justin, and left messages on both their cell phones, and got no response. I emailed them but got no response. I called again on Wednesday, Response from dollarguys: Justin has been removed from hauling for us lies like that are not needed by this company
