my truck has not yet been delivered! not happp at all. return calls are hard to get. I am spnding too much on storage while the truck awaits trucker.
Response from applog:
Shippers pick up location was not upfront with them. Item went from 16' to 27' and could not be loaded with ramps as the drive shaft would scrap. We did not want to cause damage to the shippers item. We made a 2nd attempt to pick up and the location stated we needed 24 hours notice. We had a truck there then but did not have another one as of yet due to pick up location being difficult in arrangments.
