CNDC Services is a division of Cincinnati Neighborhood Development Corporation. CNDC Services covers the administrative costs of the non-profit so that sponsorships and donations can be used exclusively for non-profit purposes. CNDC Services specializes in Residential Real Estate Development, On-demand delivery services, OTR Delivery, LTL. By accepting a quote or offer from our organization, you are helping put people to work, and helping to provide housing to those who are homeless, at risk of being homeless and those who cannot typically afford market rent. Our delivery network is small at this present moment. We are using uShip to expand our network nationwide to put more people to work by removing barriers to employment.
