The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped indicated last week may cancel due to using another carrier, told him if wants to cancel let me know,did not get back to me. on monday i informed him driver would be there wednesday for pickup if wanted to cancel update uship. he did not so, proceeded with pickup as scheduled and now that driver has arrived he wants to cancel.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I'm not sure about this cancellation. This was my first time using ushap and this shipper actually has my bike in route...so I'm confused..

not sure why but uship has updated this as a cancellation we are still going to be delivering the bike as normal. Erik
