Customer cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider They led me on for over 2.5 weeks, and still have no one ready to pick up my unit. So, consequently, I have wasted my time with this situation, and have hired someone else.
