Rating: Positive Left for: lucynamarcin (105 ) On: 8/6/2008 For: 20-50 cardboard boxes of household items and books	I had a very tight window of time during which I could arrange for pick-up of the many items I needed shipped, and a delayed flight meant that I had to shift this pick-up to after 9pm. In addition, I had under-estimated the number of boxes in my shipment. The shipper was very understanding of these unfortunate events and accommodated me. My several calls to confirm the shipment were either answered or returned promptly.

This is an enormous inconvenience for me, as I will have limited internet access over the next several weeks.
