The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it Apparently there are more pieces than indicated on the bid request, including "lots of cushions (none packaged), an extra sectional piece", also the pickup is on the 5th floor from a business, and these items are all leather or faux-leather. This was not indicated in the listing. We cannot ship these goods for the price contracted, as the shipment description is not congruent. Sorry.
