The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it Customer has given incorrect information as to the loading and unloading facilities for the boat. Boat is in a lake were it is impossible to load on our trailer. Per customer this was her first time with a house boat and she did not no the correct responses. Customer had planned to have boat out of slip by today. However, the location prevented this from happening. Customer called today and advised me that since she has to pay for another month in the slip that she will not move the boat. Sh

Customer unaware that marina had no loading facilities. Decided not to move boat at this time. Customer very pleasant and apoligized for the inconvenience. Thanks Debra for considering us. Good luck with any future attempts to move this boat.
