The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The transaction was never completed ,but the shipper has left feedback for the transaction,as if it did take place,if the transaction is cancelled,shouldn't the feedback be cancelled as well.No job complete,No feedback.The shipper is tring to get feedback and a refund of uship fee's.I don't know how to proceed.Very complicated,and I don't want to due the wrong thing and get suspended or something.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The Service Provider was not able to accommodate my shipment at the time I needed my item shipped. The Service Provider (TropicalTransport)asked if I would find another provider. I no longer need my item shipped.
