Very good experience - shipped 85 boxes via UPS at half the cost of regular UPS charges. I took a chance since there had been some negative feedback with this shipper, but I'm glad I did and overall I was so pleased that I would use them again.

(1) Didn't return calls.
(2) Packing material was a joke.
(3) UPS substation refsed to continue shipment the first time due to the cardboard "packing" material falling off.
(4) Labels fell off shipment.
(5) Couch arrived damaged - and about 2 months late.
(5) Butterfly chair with shipment never arrived.
(6) I had to pay final deliverer to call friend - as he said he was only to deliver to the street

This shipper had some initial problems with communication, and arranging for the pick up of items. However, I would recommend them, and I would use them in the future.Because, despite an unexpected emergency in their family/company, they did complete the shipment, learn from the problems, and I think this is a growing company with a great future ahead of them.

This is the worst experience I have had with shipping. The shipper was supposed to ship furniture and boxes of personal belongings. Most of the furniture came broken and/or did not arrive. It all came extremely late. It has been 2 months now and we still have not receieved all of our stuff. They lost thousands of dollars worth of personal belongings and claim they do not know where the things are. We also received someone elses boxes and they are yet to have them picked up. Shipper was able to offer a very competitive rate for shipping a rather large package cutting my shipping costs in half. It was sometimes difficult to contact shipper as his mailbax on his cell phone was full, but he did respond via email. UPS came to pick up the package within the allotted time frame.
