9/26/2007	Service Provider	Negative	jeffjones (0)	I agreed to the contract last thrusday and I paid him as soon as I got his invoice. He said he would deliver on Saturday, September 22. However, I have not heard from him since. He has not picked up my shipment. He has not contacted the seller. And he will not answer his phone. Now I am concerned that by making this complaint, he will damaged the stair lift that I purchased or that this was a complete scam. View Listing Response from diamondsquare86: All of our customers are very important to our company. Due to an accident in Detroit with one our trucks, this Shipment has been delayed. Our otehr trucls had deliveries in the southern states. However, we have rescheduled and will complete this transaction. Spoke with customer and currently resolving issue to satisfy his needs.
