For: Ford 8000 T/A Mixer Truck

The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it The vehicle is not ready for shipment due too mechanical failure. It has been extremely cold and the unit needs the batteries replaced before shipment can take place. and there are some storage fees that need taking care of as well. customer will be trying to resolve both problems in the near future. but not soon enough for me to make transport.
