Rating: Cancellation Left by: rhendricks1988 (64 ) On: 12/17/2007 For: Goose Neck Stock Trailer	The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it i stayed in contact with the shipper, even though my cell phone was having issues. i was suppose to pick up the horse trailer on tuesday, and i spoke to him on monday and explained that my truck was going to be in the shop for a couple of days, and that i would be able to pick up the trailer on friday for sure. he had no problem with that, and he was contacting the pickup place and letting them know that i would not be there until friday. i communicated with the pick up point on thursday and
Rating: Cancellation Left by: transofflorida (109 ) On: 5/30/2007 For: Motor Grader	I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment Spoke w/ customer on 5/30/07 and advised working on truck. Customer called back and told my dispatcher that she was scum. We will not work with this type of attitude. Very inappropriate! Response from dgf1864: These people were scum they pomised pick up dates several times and neve showed. Would not retun emails or phone calls.

Rating: Cancellation Left for: rhendricks1988 (64 ) On: 12/17/2007 For: Goose Neck Stock Trailer	A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I agreed with the shipper to have the trailer picked up on Monday the 17th. I called the 14th,15th & 16th and the number listed was not in use. I sent emails on the same days as well with no response. Late Monday I recieved a call saying that the truck was broke down and they could not pick up until Friday. I didn't feel comfortable that it would be picked up on Friday so I made other arangements for the shipping. Response from rhendricks1988: to put it gently this man is lying. i had schedule to pick up on that friday, and had already made arrangements to pick up. i called the place to be picked up on thursday to let them know that i would be there in the morning to pick up and they said the trailer was already gone. he let someone else pick up because they were cheaper, even after i he had accepted my bid.
Rating: Cancellation Left for: transofflorida (109 ) On: 5/30/2007 For: Motor Grader	Service Provider was no longer able to accommodate this shipment I have been more then fare with this situation. The shipment was booked on 4-23-07 and I have still not been any kind of conformation of when the shipment will take place. I have been told several times it will be picked up tomorrow and tomorrow never come. I have sent repeated phone calls and emails and not once have any of them been returned. I have been told least 5 times we will check on your shipment and call you back in 5 minutes but the call never comes. The list of excuses goes on and on
