Gunny was a true gentleman. Very prompt to contact me by phone and email after bid acceptance and then he called at pick-up, return to the destination city, and at completion of delivery. As I bought this boat sight unseen 12 hours from where I live, Gunny also did a walk-around and called me with what he saw as concerns and even found a steering leak and waited while the Dealer repaired the problem. It's Vets like Gunny that continue to serve with honor and dignity! Thanks Gunny!

If you need something hauled by a professional, you need to contact Gunny. Super fast delivery, progress reports twice a day, competitive pricing and best of all, the trailer was delivered in top shape ahead of schedule. I would recommend him with out reservation.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The trailer that was to be used for the shipment which was to be provided by the marina was not able to accomodate the boat. This is not the transporters fault, but I do not have another way to send it without using this trailer at this time.

***Would absolutely, without hesitation, ship with him again.*** Gunny was fantastic. True to military form, he was early for all pre-arranged appointment times. He called exactly when he promised he would to update us on his progress. He delivered our boat earlier than we requested and in perfect shape, even though it weighed significantly more than I had estimated. He was courteous, responsive, and trustworthy. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The Service Provider couldn`t ship my boat.

I had a death in the family (younger brother) and was unable to meet time requirements for the shipment due to having to make all the funeral arrangements.

Doug was great. He had a little trouble with truck before picking up our boat which delayed him on our delivery, but he stayed in constant communication, letting us know what was going on and when he would be able to get out to the dealer. He even contacted the dealer regularly to let them know what to expect. Once he did pick it up, he called every morning and evening to give us an update. It was the best experience we have ever had moving anything (that includes 4 interstate house moves).

Great communication from start. Gunny was very flexible with my schedule and was promptly on time for pick up. He was very easy to work with and extremely professional at all times. He called me twice a day with progress reports on where he was and how things were going. He worked extremely hard to get my boat to the port for shipment on a very tight schedule. Would recommend him to anyone I know.

Gunny was extremly professional and very friendly. I had a ease of mind and I did not have to worry about the shipment after talking to him on the phone. He communicated with me every step of the way. I look forward to using him again in the future.
