The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Shipper called me 2 hours before scheduled pick up and cancelled. Classless mover. I bought an airline ticket and scheduled everything from out of town. This is about as unprofessional as you can ever be, He wanted me to help him move and only has one small truck. If you are using him be prepared to have your back broken. When he delivered he was planning to come alone and told me that I had to help him. If you use him you have to be out of your mind.

first of all our truck was full we were told, mirimar, florida, which was only a few minutes from him, but the customer before him, which we had on our truck gave us the wrong address, they appologized,,, and told us it was going to mirimar beach, fl,, which was in the pan handle,, so i was trying to come up with and alternitive, solution, but he canceled before i could,, sorry but this wasnt our fault

Total NIGHTMARE! This has been the worst moving experience of my life! Horrific customer service from MIKE. Ignores you! Hangs up the phone on you! If you want to add 10 years to your life than this is the company for you. Broke Lamp, Broke baby playpen. Unreliable! Says he will be there a certain day and then extends the days for the other days. Lost money or airfare because of him being unreliable. This move has cost me more than I ever imagined. Will NEVER use again! Almost called the police!

If you look at all my feedback you'll see this is out the norm. I stand by my reputation. I pride myself on customer satisfaction and I Believe this job was handled with the same respect as I give to all my jobs. I did hang up on her with she grabed the phone from her husband and began to yell at me. I gave positive feedback because I was paid as agreed. They made proir arrangements without checking with the person making the delivery like I could just work around there schedule. I still say co
