After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Shipper will not answer my calls or emails. I have been trying to reach him since 9 am this morning.

I initiated the cancellation due to the shipper's lack of communication. After "book-it-now" was used, I received only 1 phone number and e-mail in the booking details, along with no other information. Both options were exhausted until I had no choice but to cancel. An unfortunate situation that reflects negatively upon my reputation.
