The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment His truck broke down and was unable to get it repaired within 4 weeks. At this point I hired another mover to complete the shipment. I paid all upfront and he has been unable to refund the money back to me after asking for 3 weeks now.
Mark really jerked me around, i waited 4 weeks for something that should he promised would take 3 days. Now he has 500 bucks of mine and is not refunding it.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services THE SERVICE PROVIDER IS NOT ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE MY SHIPMENT. Response from deltatowing7197: We did NOT misrepresent ourselves. Our bid was for driveway service. When we got there truck would not even start, lights, & other safety equipment does not work. Shipper does not want to have it fixed. So you now see the reason for this cancellation. You try to spell it out for shippers. However when they are from a different country and do not speak, or understand english very well the communication falls apart.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time we agreed on price and general time frame on 11/11/10. Promised 25th., latest 1st. of Dec. No call's etc. Finaly called and more excuses, trailer breakdowns, weather, etc. No problem on my part, they again promised a wed. pickup, made up somemore excuses, to busy to call me, started trying to make it my fault for their repeated mistakes. Uship has tried to help numerious times, will not respond with refund details. Told me to wine to uship all I want, by time I get to court I'll have my re Response from deltatowing7197: An overloaded trailer by customer caused axle to bend & bent frame also. It took 6 days just to get axle, then 2 more days to get frame straight before we could deliver. This guy called & threaten us everyday. We tried the best we could to please him but hard to deal with a guy that is very unreasonable. We could not just leave trailer on the side of the road. A FULL refund has been given. When we got there he told us he made other arrangements. Our best was not good enough for him.
