The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
Hello, This shipper hasn't any emails, hasn't answer any calls until today until I leave a neg feedback, then he answered with profanity. The shipper is not the owner of the boat, he is acting a broker, and cheating fee from UShip, his price ($6100) and I accept ($5400). Unknown to me until today. This shipper never gave the address or any info to pick the boat (because, later we learn he is not a owner). Due this false info, false of status as a broker, not paying USHIP fees, and fowl language.

Response from delpat: I accepted his bid on Thurs a.m. He emailed me at 10:32 a.m. thurs and I left for a delivery. I returned home at noon on Sat and read his email for the first time and called him. At that point he had already left me neg feedback for not getting back to him quick enough. By his own admission, he never left me a voicemail on my cell phone which was with me in my truck. I'm a transporter and this was a job I couldn't do for one of my customers. I'm not a broker and paid my fees.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Spoke with service provider and he was suppose to get back to me to schedule the date. Tried to reach him several more times but have not received any phone calls back.

Response from delpat: this job was postponed due to my job heading south being cancelled. I tried to find another job to keep this shipment and had no luck. I did call customer and left messages with his secretary. Lack of communication at his office.

Tom was great to work with. He responded to my questions quickly and communicated frequently. He was able to meet my need of a quick delivery. He also took care in the handling of my boat on the pick up and destination locations. I would work with Tom again.

Response from delpat: This was my error. I bid on this to go with another shipment and when he didn't accept in time, I had already left for my delivery and thought I cancelled my bid before I left. He accepted my bid after I was already on the road. Sorry for the mistake and inconvenience.
