The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The service provider advised after I finally reached him that he had unexpected mechanical difficulties with his equipment and a delay would ensue. A definite date of commitment could not be established and since I was under a deadline for completion with my contact at the pick-up address (which was approaching), I was forced to give the contract to a U-Ship competitor (at a higher price) to assure the results I expected.

everything weel done, the first time communication was difficult, but after 2 days everything was perfect, Dave is a great guy and commuicate throught e-mail was perfect. My trailer arrived in VT like expected, no scratch no problem. I really appreciate my first experience with Uship and will do it again. Dave as proble with construction and delay occur, he accepted to do less miles and credit me for the difference, really great guy. I recommend.

I was skeptical about finding and using a shipping service and provider over the internet but my experiece was awesome. Dave was great, his truck is great, he gave me piece of mind shipping my prized boat. Great guy and a great online service.

Dave delivered our boat slightly behind schedule, but put forth a great effort to get it to us on time (even though it was a holiday). He returned every phone call and email in a timely and professional fashion. There was no question that he did not answer. Dave was good to work with and we would utilize his services again. Dave could certainly use us a reference for future shippers.

We had a little trouble connecting at first but once we ironed out the details, Dave did what he said he would do. The delivery arrived as promised and in perfect shape. I would use him again and, since I move my boats North and South with the seasons, I most likely will.

My boat arrived precisely on time, in perfect condition, and the entire transactions required little paperwork and no time-consuming negotiation. In other words, Dave and his company get the job done right and are totally low-maintenance: ideal service providers. I would use him again in any similar situation.
