A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The driver already left as I told her yesterday! I booked this trip just to accomodate this car! We had a previous load that was cancelled because of the truck, but I rented a smaller trailer with only 4 cars to take her car! I answered her e-mails, and I also spoke to her yesterday that everything was ok to pick up today! I don't understand!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment After trying to contact this company many times via phone and email this is the last email I sent to them on 5/6: Alasandra, If you cannot call me today by 2:00pm your time; which is 11:00am my time; with a pick up time I will have to cancel the service and request a refund from Uship. I have been more than patient. Monday when we spoke you told me that the Jeep would definitely be picked up either Weds. or Thurs. I tried to contact you several times today, Weds. Customer is looking for an excuse because her step dad can't put the car to run, and she made us wait a week!

These guys are the greatest!! The price was great and the communication was even better. They were on time and my furniture was packed and delivered in a very professional manner. The guys even went above and beyond the normal un-loading procedures (we had to unpack twice) and they didn't even hesitate to help us. Thanks to Metropolitan Moving, I def recommend them and greatly appreciate the help!! Best of luck, Debbie S. :-)
