I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment as explained in the dispute section that was sent to customer service and was never replied to, we can't perform a shipment where the customer leaves a negative feedback before any money was collected or the vehicle being picked up, it doesn't make sense to perform a service to a shipper who already made up their mind that we're a scam and went ahead and left a negative before their vehicle is even picked up. This is really a first!
