After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I made the mistake of booking without realizing the shipping company has extensive negative feedback. After booking I discovered the negative feedback. Also, my email to the company has gone unanswered for just over two days, and when I tried to phone, a message indicates "this number cannot be reached". I am extremely uncomfortable and nervous about shipping my Mercedes with this company, and therefore am canceling.
