The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Regardless of the reason given by provider. He failed to return phone calls and inform us to what was going on. We were flexible in our shipping dates and he was aware of this. He has caused us unnecessary stress which could have been avoided if his communication would have been better.
