I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment.
Once shipment was accepted the customer wanted to change the terms that was stated in the bid details. Customer spoke very rude over the phone and made unreasonable demands.Sometimes people are better off transporting their mercahndise themselves because they want other to do it for free. Good luck to anyone dealing with this customer, you are going to need it.
