The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Debra at donaldson transport has directly lied to me over and over again about picking up the boat. She now will not return or answer calls from the owner of the boat or myself. The service is the worst I have ever recieved and I can no longer wait or tolerate this.

This was not over 3 month bid was accepted approx 4weeks ago. Customer was in no hurry because this boat was being returned to factory which is in alaska. He wanted some one to pick up and store for free until boat could be shipped . We return all phone calls. This became urgent when factory became unhappy then customer wanted to change terms.In this business tha is not possible over nite. thanks ddonaldson

My trailer was delivered as per our agreement on time and at the agreed price. Deb was pleasant to work with and the driver was a good guy. Thanks for everything Deb. I would have left feedback sooner but we had an unexpected death in our family.
