I would give a cautious positive,The boat arrived with a damaged swim ladder but I do not know if that happened when the broker loaded it or en route.The shipment was a bit delayed,communication was poor.
I feel these people will get you your boat

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The boat was supposed to be picked up on 11/29 and delivered on 11/30. They then changed it to deliver on 12/1. They then did not call me all day today and just called now to say they can't deliver until Tuesday. Totally unacceptable and teribly unprofessional!

These people are very professional people to deal with. From start to finish they did everything they could to accommodate me in every way. Excellent communication before during and after the move. Had some major problems with the marina (Gates Marina) but Debbie handled it very professionally and kept her cool while I was losing mine. I am 100% satisfied with this company and WILL do business with them again!!!! Thanks Debbie.
