overall a great customer, very polite and courteous.

The driver and owner was courteous and always willing to make accomodations during the pickup to make the customer happy. However, timeliness of delivery was problematic since the company relies on multiple pickups and deliveries that can cause various delays. If you need to reserve a freight elevator or have your items delivered during a specific time range, you may run into problems.

Shipper was very courteous, Items were picked up during the time frame, and delivered exactly on the 1st when asked to be delivered.
