Exceptional experience! David and Carol are outstanding! I have shipped on uShip many times and have never had anyone as good as these 2! They communicated every step of the way and went beyond the call of duty, delivering to my buyer on the second floor. They even fixed a piece of my set that was broken when they arrived. Dave and Carol did an excellent job delivering my Ducati. Very communicative throughout the process; timely pick-up from seller and delivered right on time as promised. Bike safely transported inside covered utility trailer. Very positive experience; would definitely recommend them again!

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I booked this shipment with this gentleman as a book it now. After receiving his contact info I called for 3 days. The first time I called I was able to leave a voicemail, after that his mailbox was full and would no longer accept any new messages. This man was out of the country and did not receive any notification that his shipment was booked. I sent emails and they were returned to me saying unable to send. I tried to text the number he left on his contact info and it would not go through.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I booked this load with this customer, went to leave my home to go load and had an alternator problem on my truck. Had to get it replaced, and the customer could not wait on me to fix my truck, needed load moved earlier then I could get there..

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped THe customer accepted my bid, and on the way down to pick up the bike he calls me. He says I have sold the bike and shipping is no longer requiered. He asked me if he owed me anything and I told him I didn't think so because I didn't haul anything. I just need it taken off my booked shipments, and need someone at uship to know that the customer cancelled, I did not. thank you, waiting for reply, dcoff.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This whole thing just didn't work out. The transporter says they tried to call me, and I believe them, I think. But they did not leave a message and did not text me or email me. So I did not know that the transportation was arranged because I never heard from them UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO SHIP. But because I had not heard from them, I had to make other plans, which I did. Very unfortunate. But we have to cancel this transaction.

This man told me he was out of the country and did not receive any notification that his shipment was booked. I called for 3 days with no answer, let 1 voicemail and after that his mailbox was full and not able to receive any new messages. Emailed him and it came back unable to send, tried to text him, said that it was an invalid number. Once he returned home he finally received a notice about his shipment. I still wanted to do the shipment for him, but he cancelled it. I tried my best to help..
