I did not show up at agreed upon date and time

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time We had agreed that this person would arrive on Friday at 11am - he did not show up. Prior to this we agreed he would call me on Thursday to confirm. He did not call. I called him, and he said he probably wouldnt be able to come Friday as planned. He said he would follow up with me in 2 hours. He did not. I called him back after 3.5 hours, and he said he would make accomodations and call me at 9am Friday to schedule another time. We were in town for a few days to do this move, and he knew this.
