After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The Service Provider is not able to ship the boat in the time period per their bid. The shipment date was to take place on or before October 4th and after repeated non returned phone messages and emails to them, when I was finally was able to get them on the phone late on 9/29, they said they could probably get to it in 10 days. I accepted the bid based on their ability to ship no later than October 4th. The concerning part was that the service provider didn't even seem familiar with bidd

The boat was booked on a sub-account and had the shipper not notified us we would not had any knowledge of this. Once we were made aware of this we immediately contacted shipper in regards to this in an effort to to make arrangements to get his boat shipped. We have encountered several costly inconveniences as of late and with trying to maintain our business we tried working with a alternate transporter which proved to be poor misjudgement on our behalf. Sorry for the inconvenience-BEST WISHES
