I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period i being calling this person and numerous of apologies he has give me, last one was a funeral of a relative, now he did not answer the phone and the message are packed and do not accept more messages.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period It's being over 23 days since I the shipment. I still have not received any response from the shipper for a pick up or delivery date. This was so post to be a binding contract but it doesn't appear this way. The seller and I both tried to contact the shipper on numerous occasions without resolve. This is by far the worse online transaction I have ever encountered. I will re-submit for pickup.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services After repeated attempts over a week to contact the shipper to set up a delivery date, he would not reply. In checking his profile, and reading the comments of others, he is apparently no longer in business. I left many emails and messages, only once he answered and told me he would be in touch.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have been trying for over a week to contact the shipper, the shipper has not responded to either phone number provided in the contact details. I need the boat shipped immediatly and cannot continue to wait on this shipper.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The shipper was to pick up my item and did not show on the specified date. Contact with the shipper stated he would call to reschedule. Numerous attempts to contact shipper has resulted in no response. Seems like shipper has done this to many customers lately and is not communicating.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The provider did not pick up the shipment on the agreed upon date and did not inform me that he would miss the pickup. Since then he has been extremely unresponsive. My time table was flexible and I understand that he had problems, but after a week he has yet to commit to a new pickup/delivery date for my vehicles. I did state on numerous occasions that I would continue to use him if he provided regular updates. It has been 3 days since he last responded to me and so I feel that I am forced t

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Initially the provider was very keen and communication was good. However when a problem arose for him the provider was totally unreliable, he didn't ring when he said he would, he didn't turn up to collect the shipment, he didn't answer his phone or emails. When we did get hold hold of him he gave excuses and although we were flexible and gave him another chance to reschedule whenever it was convenient for him, he never contacted us again. His solution to a problem is to avoid your calls. Ev Response from dcdtransporting: I am extremely sorry for all of the inconvience I caused you! We ran into alot of problems all at once, and I just had a hard time trying to deal with it all. My first driver was hit by a drunk in Atlanta in one truck, my dad was hospitalized after becoming ill, and the transmission on my new truck locked down in Salinas CA. I have had several cancelations due to all of this weeks problems and I can only hope that you were able to find another high quality shipper on this load board.
