I can say Rusty meet this standard with colors flying. He kept me informed as to progress, showed up when he said, and my mother's treasures arrived unscathed. For anyone considering using madpaddler4, I give my unqualified high recommendation.

Only suggestion would be to let me know earlier in the day as to the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, I did not have the telephone numbers with me, and could not call. Getting a heads up in the afternoon that it would be a late evening delivery would have been helpful. Philip is very professional, and a nice guy. I would use his services again, for sure.
