The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
Provider said the move would be no problem. Confirmed with me and the seller of the product in Miami, Fla., to move product to El Paso, Texas. Paid provider and money was taken through paypal. Cancelled on day of mentioned pickup. Attempted to call but had disconnected both phone numbers that had passed on. Very questionable to have even accepted. I want my full refund from this transaction.

Carrier kept promising to send or deliver $150 overpayment to me and never has. now their phones are changed/disconnected. Not an honest group to do business with...avoid at all cost!

They picked up our goods on 1/24 and promised delivery by 1/28 through 1/30. When we tried to call them on 1/30, we found out all their numbers had been disconnected and saw in their comments that they are out of business---WITH OUR GOODS STILL NOT DELIVERED OR ACCOUNTED FOR. They accepted full payment and have not tried to call or e-mail us about this situation. We have totally been conned out of our goods. They couldn't care less now, since they are out of business. Expensive lesson for us

Shipment received 2 days late, due to mechanical problems and numerous delays. Shipment also arrived damaged. Inexperienced mover (20 year old) laid the refrigerator down on its side. There is an obvious dent in the refrigerator, and we will need to file an insurance claim for the damages. This experience left a lot to be desired.

Response from dbrackett22: Primary truck in transmission shop.Asked to cancel or postpone.Shipper insisted on shipment.Used sons truck and it broke down in 14 degree weather with gale force winds in North Texas.Kept driving per shipper with bad attitude and made a dent from straps holding fridge.Fridge was only laid down enough to pull up on trailer.Shipment was supposed to be door to door.Removed old fridge and installed used.Removed doors on house.All at no extra charge.Sorry about the damage and sorry I didn't cancel

There were delays due to mechanical breakdowns but the carrier kept us well informed.

Response from dbrackett22: Before all trips we pre check trucks.After thousands of miles took primary truck in for trans service and mechanic said it needed a overhaul.Son had a older truck that ran great but had a clutch go bad on the road.Sorry about the delivery delay.
