Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time i have made return calls several times without any response,left several messages to both clients number and that of his wife,no response.i am still commited to providing service.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Main phone number was not in service. Calls were not returned within specified manner. Shipper/Broker contract does not state name of company nor does it have any company information on the contract... nor does it list if it is bonded. I do not feel comfortable persuing the shipment with this company.

while we are trying to ship his cargo,shipper chose cancellation without any consultation with us.we would have effectly carried his shipment,at the same time provide him the necessary papers that might enhance his confidence.
