Stated this was a residence pick-up, untrue needed business hours pick-up. This messed up my whole schedule. Stated cash from beginning, I get to delivery and I let him write me a check. He had a death in the family and was just taking out the frustration on me through the whole process, even stated in e-mails. Left me negative feedback no real reason? Very indecent, I see why his dad killed himself! Carriers beware.

All you must do is read kselr's response to know all you must know. Pick-up was a residence high rise which is what the uship questionaire asks for. Never asked for cash at delivery...could have gotten easily. "Cash" at beginning means not CREDIT!! A bad lier....all I say is beware, beware!!!!

Did not show up on stated day, no call, no response to 1/2 dozen voicemails and 4 emails. Pathetic shipper.

DO NOT use this shipper!!! Terms were for 3-5 day delivery before contract agreement, then shipper emailed after pickup that delivery would be in 3-4 days. He then stored my furniture at his home without authorization and went on another trip in opposite direction without notifying me...when I finally reached him over a week later, he said delivery was never guaranteed and that he did not have to have my authorization to store my goods at his home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period SP emailed client (I live at delivery site) that pickup would take place Friday, Feb 8 at Chicago highrise. Stated that time slot would come later with call. No call ever made and more than half a dozen voicemails on Friday afternoon and four more on Saturday to SP were never returned. No show for pickup!
