This is the typical unprofessional independent agent who can't follow the simple instructions. Everything you said is true. Yes, the pick up time was flexible but you couldn't follow the very simple instruction that made the seller "Crazy".
I've been dealing with so many drivers that I know what I'm talking about. I usually tip them good with respect and they are always happy to deal with me.
If you want to be a successful in business, you have to respect the customers.
